This is my swatch. Yeah, yeah, it's Patons Brilliant, full of acrylic. What can I say, it was on sale.
Teva Durham of Loop-D-Loop rocks my world. What is it, that thing one would call fate, that brings me to her patterns? The Lace Leaf Scarf, my first crush on Durham, The Turtle Neck Shrug, knit by Pinku during my first swap back in the Fall - Stitch Your Neck Out, The Lace Leaf Sweater I knit this winter, or the Brilliant Retro cardigan above? So, it brings me to the conclusion that I need her book.
This weekend, to get an intimate look, I borrowed the book from the library. It will be my treat to myself when I complete The Brilliant Retro and that course I'm taking that is occupying too many of my hours in a single week! [which'll be over in two weeks - hooray for me!]

Hello, I came over from Nikkishell to see if you were selling that gorgeous bustle skirt pattern. It's PERFECT!!
i love that golden cardi! what does the yarn feel like? is it nice?
Ms. Durham is a genius. I'm knitting her easy-peasy Inside-Out Top sweater right now (from Knitscene mag). I liked that Brilliant cardie when I first saw it in IK -- not to rush you, but I can't wait to see your finished version!
Hey Kris the yarn isn't bad. It's not as rough as one would think with lurex.
