Hintonburg-based fashion expert Laura Twiss, who has long worked at Clothes, the trendy Wellington boutique, is birthing Miss Twiss Designs, her first collection of casuals, which can be seen at Amuse on Dalhousie St. in the Byward Market.

My boyfriend and I really appreciate this monthly. We read every word from the first to the last page looking for our neigbours and catching up on what is confirmed. It reports issues that pertain to our neighbourhood. It is serious enough to judge the important issues while still maintaining the spirit of our 'hood... which is a bit trendy and a bit rough in spots.

And they mentioned my new venture! It puts a perma-smile on my face.
